This bit holder has two magnets that create 40x the pulling power of typical bit holders. One magnet holds and magnetizes the bit and the other holds your fastener in place. The stainless steel construction and aluminum slide are designed to hold up to the high torque of both drills and impact drivers. This works with all 1" hex insert bits. It has a 3" shank and a 1/4 hex.
