New Pest Chew Deterrant from Morgan's

I will never forget the time I opened my garage door to park after work and outran two innocent looking mice. I didn’t think that much about that, until it happened again the next night. That’s when my thoughts went from “that’s weird” to concern. I knew I didn’t have any bird seed, or dog food in my garage to attract them...so what could it be? After looking around my garage, I found a completely empty bag of grass seed. My husband and I had talked about re sodding an area of grass that had been trampled on by some workers. He bought a 50lb bag of seed but didn’t tell me. That’s bag of seed was an invitation to pests and the damage that they will do.
You should always be careful about keeping feed and seed in your garage. Rats will chew right through a 5-gallon plastic bucket, if they can smell food. And then once they find food in the garage, they will get braver. Your home, where your family lives, will be their next location. And that’s a nightmare. This usually will cause a knee jerk reaction in homeowners and they put out poison. Poison is never a good idea because there is a chance that these pests will die in the walls of your house. If that has ever happened at your home, you know how bad the smell can be for months. A repellent is always the better solution.
Morgan’s Repellent is the best mouse and rat repellent that I have ever used. You all know the story of my store. I could never sell bird seed in my store because if we did, we would see rodent activity. Seed bags would be ripped open and bird seed would be all over the floor of my store. So, we just quit selling bird seed, until I found Morgan’s Mouse and Rat Repellent. Now we have a full line of bird seed and never have any rodent activity. Morgan’s is a blend of natural oils infused in pumice that rats and mice find alarming. In other words, they think there is danger and they leave the premises. It’s a clean way to get rid of pests, it lasts for 90 days and cost under $20.00. You can place Morgan’s in your garage, attic, shed, boats, barns, home and any place that pests want to nest and feed. I like to take a canister of Morgan’s and drill 7 holes in the lid with a ¼ inch drill bit. Then I remove the seal on the canister, screw on the lid with the ¼ inch drilled holes and place the canister 2 ft above the floor and at least 4 feet from where the pests are coming inside. That way you don’t block their exit strategy.
When I got rid of the mice in my garage, a second problem surfaced. I started having electrical problems with my car. At first, it seemed like a battery problem. But a smart service tech showed me some damaged wires that had nothing to do with a battery. Bottom line, $2500.00 worth of damage to my car not covered by insurance or warranties. Ouch! The mice had gotten under the hood of my car and done damage. So, when Clyde Morgan called me and told me about his new product, it really hit home. It’s called Pest Chew and Deterrent Spray. And it’s made for underneath the hood of your car, truck, tractors, anything with an engine that attracts rats. Oh, how I wish I had that product years ago. This new product is really new, and Clyde has given me 4 bottles to give away to my Houston readers. Like Clyde’s other products, this is a repellent and made out of natural oils. If you would like a bottle – call the store and as long as you pay for shipping it will be yours to try. All I ask is that you use the product and give me feedback.
I will always believe the best way to get rid of pests is to use a repellent. Why? A couple of reasons, for one it’s cleaner and more humane. And after a conversation with Clyde, who owns Morgan’s, he told me rats and mice are evolving. Over time, rats and mice have built up a genetic resistance to poison. So, there might be a point where poisons won’t be the answer.
