Instant Power Tank Cleaners

Back in 2012 Dad found a product that cleaned toilet tanks, not the bowl...but the tank. At that time there really wasn’t a safe cleaner to use on the tank. Chemicals like bleach tablets or solids that would hang on the side of the tank might make the tank look cleaner, but the corrosive components of the bleach would ruin the flappers and other plastic parts of the toilet. That product that was family owned was called Hurri Clean is just now a memory. But Instant Power Tank Cleaner is the safe alternative and the first step in having a clean, well flushing toilet.
So why care if the tank is stained? It’s not like your guests lift the lid of your toilet and say to themselves, “Oh what a shame.” But dark stains in the tank do make a difference because they can migrate down into the bowl. Let me tell you how easy it is to clean the tank. Lift the lid on the tank and pour ½ of a container of Instant Power Tank Cleaner in the tank in the evening. Then let it work overnight. In the morning, flush and inspect the tank. It will look pristine.
Stains in the bowl are taken care of with a couple of different products that are essential at keeping it stain free and clean. And clean flushes better. Delete Germ is a toilet bowl cleaner that I really like. And if you use it like I suggest you will have a cleaner and better functioning toilet. Start by lifting the lid on the tank and take some to time to admire how great the tank looks since you used Instant Power Tank Cleaner. Then flip the lid on the quart of Delete Germ and put it down the over-flow pipe that you see at the water line. Give the bottle a good squeeze. Put the lid back on the toilet tank. Now lift the lid
on the bowl and put a stream of Delete Germ around the bowl, concentrating on the stains. Now let it work overnight. The next morning flush the toilet, give the bowl a quick swish with your toilet bowl brush and you will be looking at the cleanest, best smelling toilet on the block.
There is one more product that I like to recommend to people for a couple of reasons. If you have rental houses or if the hard water stains in the toilet bowl are above the water line, you will want to check out Pumie Flexi Scour. Pumie Flexi Scour is a flexible screening material infused with pumice. It will knock down hard water deposits with a quick scrub. Wear Gloves. Otherwise, it will ruin your nails, as it destroys the hard water deposits in the bowl. It’s also helpful for those of us that can’t handle any kind of chemical smell. Pumie Flexi Scour is so flexible that it can be used to clean all the curved areas of the bowl, and it doesn’t scratch.
Now to the email....
Question: Our AC unit drains into a sink in our bathroom, which stops up the drain. About every 60 days I have to plunge it to unstop it. Do you have any suggestions?
Answer: There is a drain opener that is so safe and works so well. Drain Out formula for bathrooms is guaranteed to work. If there is standing water remove it first from the sink. Pour 8 ounces (the entire bottle) down the drain. Let Drain Out work for 15 minutes, and flush with warm water.
Question: I just got the worst news. I am having problems with my septic system, and not only do they want to replace it – but it is under my driveway so I will have to have that demolished first. I am looking at a 20-25,000 bill for doing both. I just wanted to throw it out to you…. if you might have a suggestion.
Answer: One Flush is the best product for septic systems. More than once, I have seen it work miracles on a system that was headed for replacement. One Flush has billions of more enzymes than other septic system treatments. It’s that formulation of extra enzymes that will clean out the lateral lines. Place one packet in the toilet each month. Best of luck!
