I have been flooded with Christmas in July ads on Facebook, Amazon and any shopping networks that I like to watch. I really think that’s a good idea for me because during the last fourth quarter in my store it is very busy and sometimes, I find myself a week before Christmas with nothing under the tree. So, I thought I would talk about a great Christmas present and that’s our book, “The Best of Johnnie Chuoke, Vol 14.” It’s a great gift for the new homeowner, the person that loves to tackle jobs around the house, a great closing gift for a real estate agent.
